During the previous year, TeraPaths evolved from a single-site last-mile solution to a fully

distributed system capable of coordinating the QoS configuration of end site LANs for prioritized

data transfers through advance reservation scheduling. Close cooperation with the OSCARS

project enabled the development of client software that interfaces with the OSCARS system to set

up MPLS tunnels across ESnet or dynamic circuits across ESnet and Internet2.
